Hub modification

There are many ways to modify the rotor to make a hub. We actually flipped it over and milled it from the back side. After doing that, the hub is actually slightly larger than the opening in the C5 rotor. So, we turned the corner off of the hub on the lathe. We took off about .1875 inch. I also recommend using longer wheel studs. Motormite (98501) and Dorman (610-323) make longer studs for these hubs that are approximately two inches long. I have sold modified rotors to a couple of people for $150 a set. That includes buying new rotors, machining and installing new, longer studs, but doesn't include shipping.
