The first step is modifying your stock spindle.  The modifications are basically the same as the process to convert to 1LE brakes.  The ears that hold the original caliper are cut off.  The way I cut mine is pictured below.  Then, you must drill and tap two of the dust shield holes to mount the bracket.  I inserted a 8 mm x 1.25 tap into the dust shield bolt hole I was getting ready to drill.  Then, I put the tap into my drill press and tightened the chuck.  That way, the drill press is centered on the hole.  Next, if you have a way, clamp the spindle so it won't move from the centered position.  I didn't do my first set this way, I just lined them up by eye, and they worked fine.  Don't move the spindle until this hole is complete.  After drilling the hole with the appropriate drill, I put the 12 mm x 1.75 tap into the drill press and turned it a couple of times by hand into the hole.  That way, the tap is also centered in the hole.  After the tap is started, loosen the drill press and continue to tap the hole.  Repeat these steps for the other dust shield hole.
